Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for digital products purchased from GwenHub LLC.
1. 30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase are outside the refund window and cannot be processed.
2. Eligibility
Refunds are available for products purchased directly through collaborativemanagementapp.com. To keep the process fair, we ask that your request include your order number and the email used at checkout. Repeated refund requests on the same downloaded product may be declined.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@collaborativemanagementapp.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- You will receive a confirmation that we've received your request.
- Once approved, your refund is issued to your original Visa or Mastercard.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Refund Method
All approved refunds are returned to the original card used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds by cash, check, or to a different card.
5. Partial Refunds
If your order included multiple products and only some are eligible, we may issue a partial refund for the qualifying items while keeping the remainder of the order in place.
6. Exchanges
Because all products are digital, we do not offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong product, contact us within the refund window and we'll help you sort it out.
